A&F Assessment:
Your Initial A&F Assessment is the first step for all clients interested in our services. In our experience, sometimes founders and operators have more pressing priorities than keeping up with their accounting. We don't expect your books to be in perfect condition, after all, that could be part of why you are reaching out to us. This assessment allows us to gauge the scope of your needs and properly estimate the timeline to deliver the work. We schedule a 30 min meeting with you to discuss your business and its current accounting and finance structure, then take a look at your existing records, and finally meet up again to share our recommendations for how to proceed.
We find that this assessment process begins our client-partner relationship with alignment on expectations and timing that meets your business' needs.
